i had the pleasure of visiting boston last year... just walking around the back bay and the south end was only scratching the surface. i really hope that one day i can go back and walk around at length. boston truly is a beautiful city. 

after making my way through the beautiful tree-lined streets and handsome brownstones, i found the SoWa market. i bought the most awesome spoon necklace from a super kind jewelry maker named Erin whose company is called sunshyne silverwear. her stuff is really beautiful and unique. check it out!

then on my way back to the hotel i turned into copley square. the boston marathon bombings had just happened two weeks earlier and the memorials were touching and the memories still too fresh. such a horrible event... but such an incredible outpouring of love and support.

what a city. what an incredible city, indeed. i hope to get back there soon!
